	Margaret Boyce-Cooley Director Margaret draws from 25+ years of leading businesses to improved performance through a strategic approach to solving business challenges and enhancing their client experiences. She has a passion for coaching business teams and leaders to success. Since 2005, Margaret has been providing coaching and training for Burkhart’s clients and internal associates. With two of three children in college, Margaret is excited for this next chapter.
	Kathy Edwards, RDH Practice Support Consultant Kathy’s 21+ years in dentistry, preceded by a 10+ year accounting career, allows her to bring passion to both patient-centered care and sound business strategies for the dental practices we support. Kathy came to Burkhart in 2008 and continues to practice clinical hygiene along with providing insight and coaching as a Practice Support Consultant to Burkhart’s clients and internal associates. Her experience allows her to offer clear solutions and expert advice for practices’ most challenging business needs. Kathy spends as much time as possible boating in the beautiful San Juan and Gulf Islands with her husband, Justin.
	Kourtney McConnell Administrative Coordinator Kourtney brings 10+ years of experience in client service, hospitality, and education to the Burkhart team. Joining in 2022 as the Boise Branch Coordinator and moving to the Practice Support Team in 2023, Kourtney is eager to provide the best experience to anyone who crosses her path. Her passion for continuous improvement and thoughtful care ensure our clients are connected to the resources and support they need. Kourtney likes to spend quality time hiking in the beautiful Boise foothills and caring for her houseplants.
