The following is a list of the top 10 questions asked about Burkhart's Supply Savings Guarantee program. Please contact your local Burkhart branch for more information.

1. How is this program different from other purchasing programs?

Since 1979, we have consistently reduced the cost of dental supplies to our clients, and we guarantee that we can reduce yours! If your overall percentage doesn't drop, we will credit you the difference. While other suppliers have tried to offer similar programs, they have not been able to reduce supply percentages like us.

2. How can Burkhart save me money when the prices at other companies seem lower?

Sometimes other companies prices appear low, but at Burkhart we take advantage of manufacturer coupons and incentives, often making the actual cost lower than other companies.  When thinking about your true supply cost, consider hidden expenses like defective product returns, overstock items held in inventory, as well as shipping and handling charges. 

3. Do I have to buy everything from Burkhart?

There may be products that you purchase from another source. If we don't sell the product that you want, our agreement doesn't require you to make any changes. We will even contact the other source for you, saving you time and money.

4. How do products that I buy elsewhere affect my supply percentage?

All dental supplies that you purchase from Burkhart are included in your supply percentage. Products that are not available through Burkhart and need to be purchased elsewhere are included in your supply percentage: if we suppy a product that you elected to purchase elsewhere, we are not responsible and will not include that in your supply calculation.

5. Do I have to buy Private Label brands?

We offer many high-quality Private Label products that you may wish to purchase, but we do not require you to.

6. Will my Account Manager sell me something I shouldn't buy?

No; we do our best to reduce your overall supply purchases. If you're interested in a new product but feel indecisive about purchasing it, we offer trial periods on many new products with a full money back guarantee. This gives you the opportunity to try new and improved products with no risk!

7. How do I tell my other suppliers that I have decided to work with Burkhart?

While other suppliers won't be happy to hear that you've decided to work exclusively with Burkhart, they understand that you made a business decision to purchase dental supplies in the most cost effective way.

8. I don't know my supply percentage. How can I calculate it?

Your supply percentage is determined by dividing your annual supply purchases by your practice's gross production. The national average is approximately 6.68%.

9. Is there a contract?

No; we send you an agreement letter that explains how the program works and what our commitment is to you. We ask you to sign this letter to acknowledge that you understand the program and what it entails.

10. What if I don't like the Supply Savings Guarantee program?

If you are not happy with our program, you may terminate the agreement at any time.
