A Masters degree in Education and Training combined with thirteen years in the training and business management fields provides the foundation for her work as the Director of Practice Leadership. We find successful dental practices borrowing principles from the business world and Margaret's previous experience as Vice President of Operations and Sales for a training organization makes her qualified to translate this information and apply it to the Business of Dentistry.
